The ordering process
- Type — choose the copy or the custom voice.
- Details — name your voice (“John Smith - Breakfast presenter”) and describe what you are after. A description is mandatory for a custom voice.
- Files — for a copy only: supply the voice samples.
- Summary and payment — check everything, tick the two confirmations, pay online.
Supplying the samples
Two methods, your choice:
- Record now: seven radio scripts are offered for you to read (breakfast show, on-air game, traffic news, weekend weather, song intro, interview, show close), around fifteen seconds each. A counter shows the running total.
- Upload files: drag in your existing recordings (MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, AAC, FLAC), 50 MB maximum per file.
Tip :
Vary the tone from one script to the next and record somewhere quiet, with no music or background noise: that is what makes the cloning good.
Warning :
You need at least 50 seconds of audio in total, with 50 to 90 seconds as the target. Below that, the order cannot be confirmed.
Terms
- You confirm that you hold all rights to the voice being copied: your own, or written permission from the person concerned.
- The voice is exclusive to your account: it is not offered to anyone else.
- Production time: 48 to 72 working hours after payment.
- A one-off payment, with no subscription or credits involved.
Warning :
Bespoke service: no refund is possible (article 6 of the terms of sale). The voice will appear under My voices once our team has created it.
